Concha Navarro, professor of Pharmacology at the University of Granada and president of the Research Center on Phytotherapy (INFITO), explains that the ideal is to use the garcinia cambogia after weight loss, in the maintenance phase.

It will effectively favor that the excess of carbohydrates that we can ingest are not transformed by our body into lipids -which is the best form of energy storage we have- thanks to the fact that it acts by limiting an enzyme -the ATP-citrate lyase-, key to the conversion of carbohydrates into fats.
